"Oh, foul trickery, rogue! ...Get them!"
Cassandra Arthailia de Tai, here in Anchorfall City Guard uniform. Or not quite: she's carrying her own sword and shield. This is either one of the cool perks of being a sergeant, or the city's lack of funds rears its ugly head again, take your pick.
The funny thing is, some of the Avarthrel characters have looked really weird in previous drawings. Uh... I'm getting hang of drawing Kara, but besides of her, I've never really drawn any of the characters right. This is just about the first somewhat tolerable drawing of Cassandra I've made. Fancy that.
Also, a bit of exercise in designing the Anchorfall City Guard uniforms and adding a little bit more detail on clothing. I've tried to draw the female Guard members with a weird sort of splint armour to... uh, accommodate the figure, but Cassandra looks better in form-fitting breastplate. Boobs of steel and all that. Blah.
Also featured is Facyr's and Cassandra's coat of arms: for Facyr, a walking wolf (Facyr seems to be obsessed with them) and crossed swords (Brave Blades), for Cassandra, seven-leaved olive branch of the Aiecan royal family.

Noin peittävä univormu naispuolisella hahmolla Fantasiamaailmassa? Ei millään pahalla, mutta koska hahmosi rikkovat perinteisiä fantasiahahmo-kliseitä, niin voi olla ettei niistä tule kovin suosittuja... Tai voi olla että olet edelläkävijä ja pian aletaankin arvostamaan toisenlaisia sankarittaria... Eikös kaikki naispuoliset sankarit ole melkein aina sellaisessa panssarissa joka tarjoaa todellisuudessa vain nimellisen näkösuojan tietyille alueille? Johtaako kaupunkia kenties joku moraalinvartija?
