Battlemage-Captain Quirierle Foggymorn is in a mightily foreboding and dark forest, in a hot pursuit of a creature that fled there through a magical portal...
Set in the Avarthrel world. Somehow I've been obsessed with drawing Quirierle lately. Sorry. I suppose I owe her some respect after that horrible drawing of mine.  Also, I've sort of kept wondering what sort of a field uniform the Battlemages of the Royal Armed Forces of Varmhjelm use; they are practical people and robes are just fine for more mundane applications of magic. (Though you never ever see Quir wearing robe anyway. )Done in pencils in two parts (character and background), composited together in the GIMP. A hint: spot a wolf tailoid in this picture! |
